For over 15 years, Ashley Clarke has been handcrafting falconry anklets in England, trusted by falconers worldwide for their strength and reliability.

Our anklets are among the most widely used in the falconry world, tested thousands of times in the field by hawks, falcons, and eagles.

Made from heavy-duty leathers with solid brass eyelets, our anklets are made to last.

Each pair of anklets is proudly made right here in my Lincolnshire workshop.

Falconry anklets fitted in seconds...

Our anklets are designed with ease in mind. Years ago, most of us would cast a bird, fit anklets with an eyelet, then cut them off at the end of the season.

When flying imprints became more common, anklets needed to change. Casting can knock trust and confidence, and it’s not pleasant for bird or falconer.

This is how the lined anklets go together. Once they’re on, they lock into place, and with a permanent flying jess you’re ready to go flying.
