Care
Care
Deerskin is a natural material and will wear in with use. Most of the time, it only needs a light wipe with a damp cloth to remove excess dirt or bird food.
If the surface starts to look dry, a small amount of leather care can be worked in with a soft cloth. Do not overdo it. A little is enough.
One of the most important things is to remove excess food after use, as this will help prevent the leather from hardening over time.

Made for real falconry use
A falconry glove has to do more than look good It needs to protect, feel right on the hand, and stand up to regular use in the field.
We use heavyweight deerskin for our gloves because it is durable enough for regular use, but still supple enough to move naturally and to allow you to feel the bird.
Years of flying birds of prey have shaped how these gloves are made, from the pattern and fit through to the way they work in use.
Made in England
