A full-length double thickness falconry glove, made to order in our Lincolnshire workshop from heavyweight deerskin.

Details

Two layers of heavy duty deerskin where it matters most.

Approx. 12" long for birds with a wider stance, and more power in the feet.

Sizing

Measure around the widest part of your palm, as shown in the sizing guide.

The number in brackets is your hand measurement in inches:

Small — 8"
Medium — 9"
Large — 10"
Extra Large — 11"

Care

Deerskin is a natural material and will wear in with use. Most of the time, it only needs a light wipe with a damp cloth to remove excess dirt or bird food.

If the surface starts to look dry, a small amount of leather care can be worked in with a soft cloth. Do not overdo it. A little is enough.

One of the most important things is to remove excess food after use, as this will help prevent the leather from hardening over time.

Made in the workshop

Each glove is handmade in our workshop. Most bespoke glove orders are dispatched within 4 to 6 weeks. If your order is likely to take longer, we’ll let you know.

This double-thickness glove is designed for falconers flying larger hawks or falcons, offering the extra protection needed for birds with a wider stance, and more power in the feet.
